Assessment

We have an in-house, qualified assessment team who can undertake assessments to compare capable candidates at interview stage. This allows us to objectively make comparisons between candidates and can provide further insight to inform interview questioning.

Aptitude Testing

These assessments help to provide an insight into an individual’s skills and abilities and can act as a differentiator between strong candidates. We are able to assess a candidate’s verbal, numerical and abstract reasoning. We also have access to spatial reasoning tests should they be suitable for the role requirements. 

Personality Profiling

This assessment provides insight into a candidate’s attitudes, behaviours and cultural fit. It shows relative strengths and weaknesses on various personality traits and can be assessed further in relation to an individual’s leadership style. This assessment allows further insight into a candidate to help with structuring a more in depth interview.
